Als de verschillende partijen afzonderlijk naar hun notaris gaan, kunnen ze ook elektronisch ondertekenen als ze de uitleg bij de akte online volgen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indien gewenst kunnen ze uiteraard een papieren kopie van hun elektronisch ondertekende document krijgen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Testamenten vormen een uitzondering op deze nieuwe maatregel, vanwege hun &#8216;zeer persoonlijke en vertrouwelijke&#8217; aard.&nbsp;Tot slot, als mensen niet digitaal willen ondertekenen, kunnen ze nog steeds papier gebruiken.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sinds 8 april 2024 is het mogelijk om notari\u00eble akten digitaal te ondertekenen.&nbsp; Of u nu een lening afsluit, een schenking doet of een huis koopt, u hoeft niet langer elke pagina van een notari\u00eble akte te paraferen.&nbsp; Dankzij eID of Itsme kunnen mensen die fysiek aanwezig zijn in hetzelfde notariskantoor hun akten digitaal ondertekenen.
