        • Les partenaires de SMOVIN pour fournir des services compl\u00e9mentaires explicitement demand\u00e9s par le Prospect ou Client (ex.\u202f: int\u00e9gration technique pour l\u2019envoi de l\u2019e-book ou de la checklist).<\/span><\/li>
        • Les autorit\u00e9s gouvernementales ou publiques comp\u00e9tentes, en cas d\u2019obligation l\u00e9gale ou r\u00e9glementaire.<\/span><\/li>
        • D\u2019\u00e9ventuels tiers pour\u202f: (a) se conformer \u00e0 la loi\u202f; (b) prot\u00e9ger les droits ou la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de SMOVIN ou de ses clients\/prospects\u202f; (c) poursuivre ou d\u00e9fendre un recours en justice.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
